NEW YORK, October 8, 2019 – Food Writer, photographer and Emmy nominated broadcaster, Nick Solares, today announced the debut of his new show, “Meat Life,” now broadcasting on YouTube. The show, hosted by Solares and produced by his new company Meat Life Media, is dedicated to the exploration and celebration of meat eating and the modern carnivore lifestyle.

Airing every Thursday at 9:00 a.m. ET, each episode of Meat Life follows Nick as he seeks out the most culturally and historically significant and delicious meat dishes. The first series is based in New York City. Episode one follows Nick to his favorite steakhouse in New York, Smith & Wollensky, where he revisits his favorite dish — the prime rib of beef. The series also includes visits to chef Angie Mar’s Beatrice Inn, where Nick enjoys one of his favorite burgers; and to Porter House Bar & Grill where Nick and chef Michael Lomonaco enjoy a flight of luxury steaks.
Additionally, Nick’s Meat Map, illustrating where to find his favorite meat dishes in and around New York City, is now available to the “real meat”-seeking public. Visit Nick’s favorite spots for steaks, burgers, barbecue, and more, with an easy-to-follow key enabling true meat fans to plan their own personal meat tours throughout the city.
